🍁 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup⁠
🤍 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract⁠
💛 Crumbled Milk Arrowroot⁠
🤎 Cinnamon, To Garnish⁠
🍎 Cosmic Crisp Apple Slices, To Serve⁠

Directions:⁠
1. Combine the cottage cheese, maple syrup & vanilla in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Chill for ~30 minutes.⁠
2. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl & crumble Milk Arrowroot on top, followed by a sprinkle of cinnamon.⁠
3. Serve with Cosmic Crisp apple slices & enjoy!

Makes: 60 minutes⁠
Takes: 6-8⁠
Ingredients⁠
Base⁠
125 grams butter, melted⁠
2 cups plain flour⁠
1/2 cup sugar⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
1/2 tsp salt⁠
1 egg⁠
1/2 cup quick rolled oats⁠
Apple Filling⁠
3 large Crisp Cosmo Apples, thinly sliced⁠
1/4 cup plain flour⁠
1/4 cup sugar⁠
1/2 tsp cinnamon⁠
1/2 tsp nutmeg⁠
1 tsp butter⁠
⁠
Method⁠
Pre-heat the oven to 180℃. Line a brownie tin with parchment paper.⁠
⁠
In a large bowl, mix the butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together until the raw flour has been incorporated before adding the egg. Mix well until combined.⁠
⁠
Pour 2/3 into the prepared tin and press down to form a solid smooth base. Bake for 15 minutes.⁠
⁠
Meanwhile, mix all Apple filling ingredients (minus the butter) in a large bowl.⁠
⁠
To the remaining 1/3 of the base mixture, add the oats.⁠
⁠
Once the base has cooked, add the apples, patting down to form a flat surface. Add the remaining crumble mixture over the top and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden.⁠
⁠
Add the butter in random knobs over the surface, place back to cook for 1 minute before removing from the oven, leaving too cool for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying as desired (with caramel sauce or ice cream).⁠
